Frequently Asked Questions

How come the lessons are so cheap?
We want to make a name for ourselves and when people hear $100 for 10 lessons, how can you not sign up. We also want to give everyone a chance, especially during these economic times. The price might bump up in the future so get  some cheap lessons while you can.

Do we need to wear equipment?

Yes. Even if we are not doing live drills someone might get hit with a ball or stick. SAFETY FIRST. We want players to get better, not take them out for their upcoming season. If you need any equipment then go to Battle Lax in Cary and Nick or Sean will help you out.

How do you accept payments?
Cash or check? We work on the honor system where you can make payments in one lump sum or a little at a time. All payments work like a credit and you do not get charged if you can't make a session.

When do lessons start?

We have lessons all year round. You can jump in at any time. We come up with a lesson plan depending on who we expect for that particular day. We can change our plan if we see something that can benefit our player at a particular moment. We also often ask the players what they want to work on?

Can we get a group discount?
Yes, depending on the size of the group or the location we agree to meet.  For a one time meeting with your organization or group, we can come up with a fee that would be fair for all parties involved. Nothing will compare to our current $100 for 10 lesson plan.

Do you provide lessons for girls?

Yes. As of now we have been able to help a few girls with basic stick skills. We are becoming more familiar with the rules and full field play to better train our girls. We now have group lessons for the girls.

How can we sign up?

Send and email and let us know that you are interested. We will put you on the bulk email list. An email goes out midweek for the upcoming events.

What age groups or skill level do you work with?

From beginner to advanced and from elementary through high school.

Where are you located?

We cater to the whole triangle area. Currently we have been using fields in Apex and Cary. We will negotiate for field space wherever we need to set up a group lesson or clinic.

Do you work with goalies or defensemen?

Big Yes! Goalies help everyone get better at our group lessons. All of our trainers love to warm up goalies. Talk to us about the possibility of FREE goalie workouts. Currently we do not have enough defensemen and we want more! Our trainer coach Richie Moore is our defense specialist and we want to keep him busy. Defensemen also help our group lessons and our live training sessions.
