Workouts will include stick work, shooting, foot work, dodging, positional training, field IQ, live drills, live scrimmage play
Winter workouts for beginners will be an excellent intro to the sport of lacrosse. We are encouraging as many new players to try lacrosse as possible. During our sessions we will teach the fundamentals. The basic skills introduced will be catching, throwing, dodging, scooping, shooting, footwork, positioning, stick protection etc...
Winter workouts for experienced players will be excellent preparation for spring lacrosse and travel seasons. The players that have more experience will be taught and drilled on the skills and IQ of the game that will make them better lacrosse players. There will be an emphasis on teaching and drilling the techniques that separate good players from average players.
